Follow these 3 simple steps to place your order.
1. Please read our Terms & Conditions and all the information on this page before placing your order.
2. Select your item(s).
3. Contact us with your order either by e-mail at cottages@herdwicklandscapes.co.uk or by telephone
on 01543 500416 (mobile - 07760 373 113).
We will ask for a deposit of 20%. Payment can be by cheque, cash or postal order. Or you can
use your credit card by using PayPal (see below). Please make any cheques payable to P.A. Kelsall.
We will confirm receipt of your deposit and begin work on your cottage.
Please note:
- We are happy to listen to any special requests you may have for the design of your dolls house. Whenever possible we will accommodate your wishes. Please bear in mind that this may involve an extra charge depending upon the nature of your request.
- If you wish to pay by credit card we will need to add to your order a 4% charge towards PayPal’s charges.
We will ask you to return to this page and click on the PayPal link below. This will take you to PayPal’s secure web site where you will be able to pay by providing your credit card details. You do not need a PayPal account to do this but you will be asked to provide an e-mail address.
Click on the PayPal link below to pay by credit card.
1. Enter the amount you are paying and click on Update Totals.
2. Then either pay with your credit card or log in to your PayPal account to pay from there.
NOTE: please ensure you have notified us of your order before paying by this method.
Usually, our dolls houses are made to order. Sometimes, we may have a dolls house in stock that meets your requirements, in which case, delivery will be very quick. Otherwise, depending upon the amount of work in hand, the manufacture of your dolls house may take between three to four months. We will always advise you of the current time-scale involved when you place your order.
We promise to keep you updated so that you always know what is going on.
When your dolls house is complete we will contact you to arrange the balance of your payment and delivery.
We will try to avoid passing on any postage costs if at all possible, e.g. if we can meet up at a forthcoming dolls house fair, if you live within a radius of 10 miles of us, or if we happen to be in your area for some other reason.
If we can’t manage any of these possibilities then there will of necessity be a charge for post and packing (approximately £28 for a small cottage and £40 for a large cottage within the U.K.) All items will be sent by guaranteed services and will need to be signed for.
Obviously, postage will always have to be charged for any overseas deliveries. We will advise you of the cost at the time of your inquiry, but it will of course depend upon destination and size/weight of your order.
All dolls houses sent by post will be robustly packed. However, in the event of your dolls house arriving damaged, it is important that you keep all the packing, as this will be needed when making a claim.
